Responsibilities: – Input and update data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently. – Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any errors or discrepancies. – Maintain data integrity and confidentiality by following data entry procedures and security protocols. – Retrieve and review data for completeness and accuracy, and make necessary corrections or additions. – Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and access. – Assist in generating reports, charts, and graphs based on entered data as needed. – Communicate with team members and supervisors to clarify data requirements and resolve any issues. – Follow data entry guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across all entries. – Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of data entry assignments. – Perform other clerical tasks and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: – High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus. – Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role. – Proficiency in typing and data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed. – Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies. – Excellent organizational and time management skills. – Ability to work independently and in a team environment. – Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). – Familiarity with data entry software and databases is preferred. – Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
