Description
Position: Assistant TeacherResponsibilities: – Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities – Provide support to students in the classroom, including one-on-one assistance and small group activities – Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment – Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies – Participate in planning and preparing educational materials and resources – Support students with special needs or learning difficulties as directed by the lead teacher – Collaborate with other staff members and parents to support student learning and development – Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and gradingRequirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred – Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is an advantage – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work effectively as part of a team – Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children – Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of students and the school environment – Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plusLocation: Dubai
