Job Title: Valet Parking AttendantLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary: We are looking for courteous and responsible individuals to join our team as Valet Parking Attendants. The Valet Parking Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by safely parking and retrieving their vehicles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and assist them with parking their vehicles Safely drive and park guests’ vehicles in designated parking areas, following established procedures and safety guidelines Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including documenting any damages or special instructions Provide guests with claim tickets and retrieve their vehicles promptly upon request Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or other items from their vehicles as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization in the valet parking area, including sweeping, trash removal, and keeping traffic flow smooth Monitor traffic and parking conditions to ensure the safety of guests and vehicles Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards Provide assistance to guests with disabilities or special needs to ensure their comfort and convenienceQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a valet parking attendant or in a customer service role preferred but not required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits: Competitive hourly wage Tips and gratuities Opportunities for advancement within the company Flexible scheduling options Supportive and inclusive work environment
