Description
are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Entry Operators. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering data into databases and maintaining accurate records of information. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Enter data from source documents into computer databases or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently Verify accuracy of data by comparingit to source documents and correcting errors as needed Organize and maintain electronic and paper files in accordance with established procedures Update and maintain databases with new information as it becomes available Generate reports and perform data analysis as requested by supervisors or management Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity and security Respond to inquiries and requests for information from team members and other departments Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as neededQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in data entry or a related role preferred but not required Strong typing skills and proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors Familiarity with data entry procedures and best practices Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits: Competitive hourly wage Opportunities for advancement within the company Health insurance options (if applicable) Paid time off and holiday pay Training and development programs
