Job Title: Kitchen HelperLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary: We are currently seeking hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen team as Kitchen Helpers. The Kitchen Helper will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and the timely preparation of food. No previous experience is required; we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our team. Key Responsibilities: Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations according to established protocols Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items by hand or using dishwashing equipment Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies, ensuring proper rotation and storage procedures are followed Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables in designated containers, following waste management guidelines Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure the safety and quality of food products Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash Assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking ingredients and supplies as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of food orders Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen supervisors or chefsQualifications: No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits: Competitive hourly wage Opportunities for growth and advancement within the kitchen team Employee discounts on meals or merchandise Supportive and collaborative work environment
