Job description / Role Employment: Full Time Job Summary:Client is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing a positive and welcoming experience. The Receptionist will handle various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation of the front desk. Responsibilities:• Welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression. • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. • Manage incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant individuals. • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area. • Assist with basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. • Schedule and confirm appointments for CEO and employees. • Provide excellent customer service to all visitors. • Address inquiries and provide information in a courteous manner. • Monitor pantry and stationery supplies. • Collaborate with security and facilities personnel to ensure a secure and safe environment. Salary: AED 70000 to10000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Requirements Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), basic Excel would be highly appreciated. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
