Position Required: Quantity SurveyorWell versed knowledge in preparing Pre-Tender as well Post Tender documentation for Industrial Buildings, Low to Medium Rise BuildingsExperience: Minimum 3+ Years of UAE experience only can applyRequirements:Very Well Knowledge of Costing & Estimation for Industrial & Low to Medium Rise Buildings Ability to take Quantity Take Off, Preparing Tender Documentation Ability to provide break up with Material, Labor rates in detail Preparing Technical & Commercial Submittals for Tender Requests Preparation of Variation Claims, Extension of Time etc. , Preparation of Post Contract Interim Invoices as per Site Execution Minimum Knowledge in FIDIC contracts Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil) / Quantity Surveying; Knowledge in Autocad/Primavera, MS Office
