Description

We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a courteous and professional manner. • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and policies. • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. • Process customer requests for refunds, exchanges, or replacements according to company policies. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related field preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
