Responsibilities: Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Manage reservations and assist with seating arrangements Communicate with the kitchen and servers to ensure smooth table turnover Monitor the dining area to maintain a clean and organized appearance Answer phone calls and provide information or take reservations Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues or escalate as needed Collaborate with the waitstaff to coordinate efficient service Assist in managing waiting lists during peak hours Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guestsRequirements: Proven experience as a hostess or in a customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills Neat and professional appearance Friendly and outgoing personality
