Description
Position Required: Senior Project Engineer Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer only can apply Requirements: • Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work. • Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment • Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, monitoring subcontractors. • Check design documents with Architects, Surveyors and Engineers • Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed • Developing and reviewing Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical work activities • Communicate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project • Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project. • Ability to deal with conflict in a constructive manner. • Developing and managing detailed budgets and schedules. • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project. • Experience with subcontractor management
