Customer Service (for passenger drivers): Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with loading and unloading luggage, answering questions about routes or schedules, and ensuring passenger comfort and safety. Delivery (for goods/drivers): Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, following delivery schedules and protocols set by the company. This may involve loading and unloading cargo and obtaining signatures or proof of delivery.
