Position: Accountant Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-timeResponsibilities: Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date. Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes. Conduct internal audits to ensure financial compliance and integrity. Prepare tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes. Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits. Provide financial analysis and reporting to management. Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office Suite. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
