Description
A) CIVIL ENGINEERS1. SITE AGENT – STRUCTURES Minimum 12-15 years’ relevant GCC experience in construction of bridges, tunnels and associated civil works. Should be able to independently manage a construction site in liaison with Client, Consultant and Stakeholders. 2. SITE AGENT – SERVICES Minimum 12-15 years’ relevant GCC experience in construction of utilities such as potable water, irrigation, sewerage, drainage and shallow services (electrical & telecommunication network). Must be well versed with NOC procedures and requirements of various authorities. Salary: AED 20-30K (all incl. ) + Benefits. 3. SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER / PROJECT ENGINEER (STRUCTURES) Minimum 5-10 years’ relevant GCC experience with expertise as detailed one (1) above. Salary: AED 12-20K (all incl. ) + Benefits. 4. SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER / PROJECT ENGINEER (UTILITIES) Minimum 5-10 years’ relevant GCC experience with expertise as detailed two (2) above. Salary: AED 12-20K (all incl. ) + Benefits. 5. SITE ENGINEER (STRUCTURES & UTILITIES) Candidate must have minimum 3-8 years’ relevant experience especially in construction of Bridges & Underpasses / Roads & Highways and associated civil works. Salary: AED 5-10K (all incl. ) + BenefitsPositions 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 should have the following qualifications / expertise: – Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with expertise in the construction of Bridges, Tunnels, Underpasses / Roads & Highways and associated civil works preferably in UAE or other GCC countries. Should be well versed with NOC procedures and requirements of various authorities. Must have good man management skills and understanding of quality and cost control and HSE requirements. Responsible for overall management of resources, achieve progress targets, project cost and financial control, monitoring daily progress, project schedule and financial reporting etc. B) DRAUGHTSMAN (ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE) Minimum four (4) years’ experience as CAD Operator preparing Multi-Discipline CAD Drawings in AutoCAD Software. Ability to prepare drawings in Mircrostation will attract higher remuneration. Salary: Dhs. 6,000-12,000/month (all incl. ) + Benefits. C) FOREMAN (STRUCTURES & UTILITIES) Candidate must have minimum 5-10 years relevant experience especially in construction of Bridges & Underpasses / Roads & Highways and associated civil works. Salary: Dhs. 4,000-10,000/month (all incl. ) + Benefits. D) SURVEYORS (Roads & Bridges) Candidate must have minimum 5-10 years relevant experience especially in construction of Bridges & Underpasses / Roads & Highways and associated civil works. Salary: AED 4,000-10,000 /month (all incl. ) + Benefits. E) ASSISTANT SURVEYORS Candidate should have minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in infrastructure works. Salary: AED 2,500-5,000 (all incl. ) + Benefits
