Job Opportunity: Sales Associate Location: Dubai, UAEWe are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Associates to join our team in Dubai. The Sales Associates will play a key role in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business. Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs. Build relationships with customers to understand their preferences and shopping habits. Provide product demonstrations and information to customers. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displays. Monitor and replenish inventory as needed. Assist in managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies. Requirements:Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
