Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Provide detailed information about products and services. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements:Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A friendly and patient demeanor.
