Position: Bus Attendant Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-timeResponsibilities: Assist passengers, especially children, the elderly, and those with disabilities, in boarding and exiting the bus safely. Ensure that all passengers are seated and that seat belts are fastened before the bus starts moving. Maintain order and discipline on the bus, addressing any disruptive behavior. Assist the bus driver in maintaining a safe and clean environment on the bus. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff (if applicable). Monitor passenger behavior and report any concerns to the driver or appropriate authorities. Provide first aid and emergency assistance if needed. Keep an accurate headcount of passengers and ensure no one is left behind. Follow all company policies and procedures related to passenger safety and conduct. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a bus attendant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. Basic first aid knowledge is a plus. Patience, reliability, and a caring attitude.
