Job Position: Host/HostessLocation: DubaiJob Description:We are seeking an engaging and personable Host/Hostess to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and be dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming experience for all guests. Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment. Manage reservations and seating arrangements. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate with guests about wait times. Assist with answering phone calls and taking reservations. Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and set up according to restaurant standards. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Assist with special events and private dining arrangements as needed. Requirements:Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A friendly and approachable demeanor. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in hospitality is a plus.
