Description
Responsibilities:Oversee all commercial aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from inception to completion. Prepare and review contracts, budgets, and cost estimates. Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions and adherence to budgetary constraints. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Manage procurement activities, including vendor negotiations and contract management. Monitor project finances, track expenditures, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Provide strategic guidance to optimize project profitability and mitigate financial risks. Requirements:Proven experience in MEP projects. Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
