Description
Responsibilities:Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities and lessons. Provide support and supervision to students during classroom activities, projects, and outings. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe and engaged. Assist with classroom management, including maintaining order and discipline. Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional support or instruction. Assist with grading assignments, tests, and projects as needed. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall educational program. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Requirements:Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children. Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.
