Job Summary: A Packing Helper is required to assist in the packaging and preparation of products for shipment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all items are packed correctly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Assist in packing goods into boxes, containers, or crates. Ensure products are packed according to company standards and customer specifications. Label and seal packages accurately. Check products for defects or damages before packing. Maintain a clean and organized packing area. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks. Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies. Operate packaging machinery and equipment if required. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required. Basic understanding of packaging techniques and materials. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Skills: Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work quickly and efficiently. Basic communication skills in English. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential. Work Environment: The job involves working in a warehouse or factory setting.
