Position: Concierge Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-timeResponsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival and offer assistance with their needs throughout their stay. Provide guests with information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel services. Assist with reservations for restaurants, transportation, and events, ensuring guests have access to the best options. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution. Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs, such as room service, housekeeping, and maintenance. Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests. Assist with luggage handling, package deliveries, and other guest services as needed. Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times, representing the hotel’s high standards of service. Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure cleanliness and order. Assist with special guest requests, including arranging tours, spa appointments, and other personalized services. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or a related field is a plus. Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or luxury setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of the local area, including attractions, dining, and entertainment options. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism. Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant systems. A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
