Verify data by reviewing, correcting, or deleting outdated records. Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cross-referencing information and performing quality checks. Assist with the generation of reports and data summaries as needed. Respond to data-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation. Collaborate with team members to address data inconsistencies or errors. Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive company information. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in data entry or a related role is preferred but not required. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
