Description
Conduct freight bidding for the respective mode of transport Maintain shipping records and all commercial documents Responsible for packing, marking, labeling and measuring cargo to provide accurate weight & dimensions. Scrutinize shipping invoices against agreed rate contracts, prices etc. Perform administrative duties (including documents distribution / collecting / filing) Update and compile logistics related monthly reports Receive shipments electronically in the ERP system Assist in preparation of documents and printing shipping documents for signing Assist in preparation of documents for proof of export Bill of Lading / Commercial Invoice / Export Bayan Expedite deliveries of goods. Assist in operational gate pass creation inbound/outbound for cargo
