- Handle and record sales and maintain records of sales accurately and efficiently - Working hours may include Fridays and holidays. - Duties may be assigned on flexible shifts (Day/ Night). - Maintain good communications and consult regularly with the Supervisor and Car Park Manager. - Attend to the emergency vehicle mechanical failures when required. - Maintains excellent customer service and good relations with all Clients/Visitors. - Cooperate and liaise with Client\'s security department to manage Car Park Security - Implement an effective process for reporting incidents, violation and conducting timely investigations and inform Supervisor immediately - Maintain an Emergency response plan as approved by Client\'s Health & Safety team. - Compliance with Health and Safety manuals and procedures - Guide vehicle to the vacant spaces to avoid unnecessary circulation and traffic congestion. - Identify and notify any unusual activity within the car park - Inspecting accidents and injuries, reviewing, analyzing, registering and writing report - Handling traffic inside the car park and assure smooth flow of traffic all the time - Ensure prevention of any theft, crime and non-social activities inside the car park - Practice lost and found tracking mechanism
