As we continue to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and professionalism Provide information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed Maintain customer accounts and records accurately, including updating contact information and order details Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products, services, and resolutions provided Stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience Meet or exceed performance goals and targets for customer service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scoresRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer and technology skills, including knowledge of customer service software and systems Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when interacting with customers Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededBenefits: Competitive hourly wage or salary Health insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Training and development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment
