Join our team in Dubai as a Cashier for our thriving cafe and be a part of a delightful dining experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities: As a Cashier for our cafe, your role will encompass the following responsibilities: Customer Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, including food and beverage items, using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Payment Handling: Receive payments from customers, provide change, and process credit card transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Customer Service: Offer a friendly and welcoming demeanor, assist customers with inquiries, and resolve any payment-related issues promptly. Cash Management: Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of the shift, report any discrepancies, and follow cash-handling procedures. Order Accuracy: Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure order accuracy and prompt delivery of orders to customers.Requirements: Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role in the hospitality industry. Excellent numerical and math skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
