Description

We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a courteous and professional manner. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and policies. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. Process customer requests for refunds, exchanges, or replacements according to company policies. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
