Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain valuable skills and grow their career in accounting.Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Support senior accountants and finance team members in various tasks as needed. Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with auditors as required.Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
