Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and general ledger reconciliations.Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, bills, and receipts. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Previous experience in an accounting role or internship is preferred. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
